What “100 out of 100” means
We aim for a full pass on every on-site check in your Versimple report: page titles and descriptions, headings, image descriptions, speed, security and AI-search readiness. That makes your site easy for Google to read.
It isn't a promise of rankings, traffic or sales. Those also depend on things off your site, like reviews, and they take time.

Questions
When do I pay?
The £100 deposit when you go ahead. For an upscale, the rest only when you're happy and confirm you want the site. You pay securely through Stripe.
Is VAT added?
No. We're not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. If that changes, VAT is shown before you pay.
Can I get my deposit back?
For an upscale, yes, in full, if you cancel before we deliver it. See cancellations & refunds for every case.
Who owns the website?
You do. Every file is yours: real code, no platform lock-in.
